Frequently Asked Questions
Are you having problems logging into your College Board account? Call the AP Classroom Helpline at 866-315-6068. Ms. Shepard does not have access to your username/email and password. You will need to call College Board for assistance.
Are you setting up your College Board account for the first time? Do NOT use your school email as you cannot receive messages from outside Leon County Schools. Use a personal email and be sure to write down your password.
Have you forgotten your password? If you cannot recover your password, you will have to call College Board at 866-315-6068.
Are you taking an AP course through FLVS? Your FLVS teacher will send you a google form to complete, which will generate the FLVS Exam Order Form. Please either email this form to Ms. Shepard or bring it to Student Affairs.
If you have 2 exams on one day, can you leave to get lunch? No! If you have an 8:00 am and a 12:00 pm exam on the same day, you will be provided pizza in between exams. You will not have enough time to leave campus and come back.
You have 2 exams on the same date and time, what will you do? One of the exams will be automatically rescheduled for you by Ms. Shepard. Check AP Classroom periodically to see updates, or email Ms. Shepard.
